Manufacturing
and industry

Industry 5.0 solutions and real-time data processing. Reliable IT architectures in the service of modern manufacturing.

Backend service development

Bosch

Development of a backend service with unit and integration tests, and the integration of event messaging systems. A senior team (Embedded, Hardware, Project and Software Engineer) in continuous cooperation since 2020. Flexible resource scaling and a dependable working relationship on .NET technology.

Predictive maintenance and IoT-based efficiency gains

In modern factories, unplanned downtime is the biggest profit killer. We build IoT (Internet of Things) and Edge Computing solutions that collect and analyse production line data in real time. By processing sensor data intelligently, our systems can predict failures before they happen. In the spirit of Industry 5.0 we go beyond reactive alerts and already support autonomous maintenance processes: from AI-based failure prediction through automatic work order generation and parts checking to scheduling technicians, we close the manufacturing loop and raise OEE directly.

Legacy system integration and shop-floor data fusion

The greatest challenge in industry is connecting decades-old, isolated purpose-built software with the newest cloud platforms. Our expert team bridges the worlds of OT (operational technology) and IT. We develop secure, robust integration layers that connect existing PLCs and SCADA systems with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software – keeping the "keep the core clean" principle in view – as well as with Mendix and JUDO low-code or manufacturing execution (MES) software. Instead of linear data flows we create an intelligent ecosystem in which the human role rises from machine operator to strategic decision-maker: AI Supervision and the "human-in-the-loop" principle guarantee that technology empowers rather than replaces your people.

Scalable architectures all the way to supply chain digitalisation

No factory is an island: production has to breathe together with the supplier network and with market demand. We deliver future-proof, microservice-based and cloud-native software architectures that handle swings in production volume flexibly and make full digital support of JIT or JIS processes possible. Our vision rests on sustainability and built-in resilience: as part of the Net Zero principle our systems provide integrated carbon footprint tracking and Circular Manufacturing, while in cybersecurity we move away from perimeter defence and rely on Zero Trust architectures and self-healing networks to meet the strictest EU requirements.

The key to adopting AI is not the technology but the decision

    Wolf András

    Founding owner

The lesson of the German–Hungarian Business Day panel discussion: the AI tools and the ideas are already there; whether adoption succeeds depends on who sets the direction and the entry points, and what the organisation consciously leaves for later.
