About the project

BlackBelt set up its innovation centre in Veszprém in 2015. One subject of the project is setting up the organisation and core operating processes of this centre. The other main activity is the analysis of domestic and potential foreign customer markets and competitors, and building a successful product development strategy on it. As the joint result of these two goals, our company becomes able to enter an H2020 call with its most promising product development ideas.

Within the project we first assess BlackBelt's current innovation capabilities against the management's expectations. We prepare the innovation strategy and help set up the innovation organisation and its operating processes. As the outcome of the strategy we prepare an implementation plan, support the successful execution of the actions, and propose how to fill the capabilities missing from the innovation organisation.

We prepare and submit the H2020 application, evaluate the organisation's operation and feed it back into the innovation strategy and action plan. Where needed, we adjust the strategy based on practical experience and fine-tune the strategic actions.

As a result of the project, BlackBelt is ready for its innovation organisation to prepare product development concepts and high-quality applications on its own in the future.
