About the project

For companies in the IT sector, especially those growing at BlackBelt Technology Kft.'s pace, it is a necessary and logical step to turn towards foreign markets as quickly as possible. Entering export markets has to be in focus from the early phase of operation, to avoid the narrowing demand that follows from the size of the Hungarian market. The past four years have proved that the founders set the right directions when defining the core activities. The recognition of our high-level expertise is shown by a growing client base, including multinational companies known for demanding high professional standards. At the same time, the company's financial results show that it has responded appropriately to rapid growth.

This project contributes in a complex way to the company's presence on foreign markets. Taking part in exhibitions gives us direct insight into the foreign markets targeted in our export strategy. These events typically bring together the most important players of the industry, so making contact and exchanging experience with them is a key goal. A successful appearance can also be the basis of new partner or client agreements.

The marketing and consultancy activities contribute to renewing the company's foreign market strategy, focusing specifically on the characteristics of the selected foreign markets, the risks standing in the way of market entry, and the options for addressing those risks. The activities include a comprehensive market analysis with a risk assessment, a market entry schedule and resource allocation.
