About the project

In the applied knowledge transfer consultancy, one goal was to design an efficient licensing scheme that fits the business model. In this phase of the consultancy the target countries abroad for low-code solutions were defined; within them we examined which niche market is the most targetable and what price level is acceptable to it, and so where BlackBelt's low-code solution can be positioned. A further goal was to prepare a Specification that can serve as a demo during the expansion abroad, in sales presentations and other representations. Beside building the demo model, the tasks after market entry must also be seen: the finished solution has to be handled as a product. The steps of the productisation process were also defined.

The leadership training and organisation development consultancy focused on BlackBelt's career processes, raising its existing records and processes to a higher level, including staff evaluation and the annual evaluation processes. Beside the career processes, it is essential to lay down a transparent, consistent operation and decision-making process that runs the career path: • Identifying decision forums • Assigning areas of responsibility Based on the above, the Business Specification of the Evaluation and Qualification System (ÉMR) was completed. Based on the Specification, a Prototype (Skill Matrix) was built with a low-code platform and its testing was completed. The goal is to reduce the high staff turnover that characterises the IT sector today at our company.

In the consultancy on relevant training, personality and skills development programmes, the goal was to uncover the competence matrix needed for further development and management with competitive knowledge, and to examine it from its different aspects.

Within the marketing consultancy, the website redesigned along the consultants' proposals and plans will increase success in reaching foreign markets; our goal is for it to give potential foreign partners as much „starting” information as possible and to give the company an international-standard presence. In connection with this, the marketing consultancy produced the brand manual, the look of electronic and web-based communication tools, and a design package.

In the user experience evaluation and design category, our goal was for our product developed on a technology basis for several years – the JUDO low-code platform – to catch up with international expectations in its user experience and graphical user interface. To further extend the service and serve growing market demand, brand and identity building was also needed.
